Ken Snyder


Ken Snyder is a Principal of Spectrum Group and Affiliates, and Managing Broker of Real Living Spectrum Real Estate. The Real Living Spectrum Real Estate and the family of companies provides complete real estate and mortgage brokerage services for homeowners, businesses, developers, and investors, as well as property management solutions thru our Preferred Partner Network.

In his 40+ year real estate career Ken has had a diverse background in real estate market from commercial, residential, real estate investing, and new construction. Ken’s working knowledge of the real estate profession as well as a thorough understanding of zoning laws, land development, and residential and commercial building, makes him one of the best resources in the Lehigh Valley Real Estate Market. Ken Snyder brings to Real Living Spectrum Real Estate a level of financial and transactional knowledge possessed by few industry peers.

Ken holds a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, and a Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI). He is a member of the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors, is President of Spectrum Homes Inc., an Award Winning Builder in the Lehigh Valley, and President of Spectrum Land Development.

Bill Fonzone

Associate Broker

Bill Fonzone became a member of the GMAC Franchise network as a realtor in 2003 with a commitment of providing a professional and personable real estate experience to all his clients. In 2007, Bill received his Associate Broker license and became Sales Manager with Spectrum. Today, his unwavering commitment to his company, staff and sales partners focuses on building Real Living Spectrum Real Estate to an industry leader in the Lehigh Valley.

The in-depth consumer awareness, Buyer and Seller Services along with extensive agent Training and Technology made the transition to Real Living as Bill says, “The right move to grow with a company ready for the future.” In addition to having the privilege of surrounding himself with a great team of sales partners and staff, Bill centers his attention on giving back to his local association of realtors. In 2008 Bill was elected as a Board of Director to the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors where he served as a board member and as Treasurer in 2009. In addition, Bill has served as a committee member on GLVR’s Government Affairs Committee in 2016 & 2017. Also, Bill is a Member of both the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Bill graduated in 1997 from East Stroudsburg University with a major in Management and focus in Economics. In addition, he was inducted into the Omicron Delta Epsilon National Economics Honors Society in 1996 during his schooling. Along with having a strong direction of his real estate career, Bill enjoys time with his wonderful wife and three children as well as golfing in his free time. Bill also supports “Miracle League”, a foundation supporting special needs children and “The Zephyr Pride Foundation,” a foundation designed to provide scholarships to students at Whitehall High School, where he sits as a Board Member.

Craig Snyder


Craig Snyder became involved in real estate over 13 years ago when he graduated from a local area college. His career started by working with first time home buyers and move up buyers looking to purchase New Construction. As his career has evolved it seems that he now specializes in New Construction, an exclusive buy – sell program, evaluates remodeling projects vs. moving and also manages a multiple of investment properties throughout the Lehigh Valley. These skills have allowed him to offer a wide variety of knowledge and services to his agents and consumers. Real Living uses the slogan “It has to be Real” this quote couldn’t be any truer in today’s real estate market.

As Craig Snyder said “A real estate transaction is always alive from the time you start your buyer's consultation visit to the day you make last mortgage payment. Your home should never be viewed as just shelter it should be viewed as a place where can experience life”. Throughout his career Craig has earned many achievements and designations such as Sale person of the year with over 15 million in production, new construction sales person of the year for the Lehigh Valley Builders association, associate brokers designation, SRES certified and last but not least certified by the National Home Builders Association as a green professional in construction.

Craig is a local resident to the Lehigh Valley. He has a strong relationship with friends and growing family. He enjoys the local sports network throughout the Valley and still participates in local basketball leagues and from time to time will take advantage of those sunny days to get play a little golf. He has also been known to participate in a local flag football league that has grown from 10 teams to now over 30 local teams.
