Robert P. Molta,

Owner/Broker

 
Robert P. Molta is the Broker/Owner of Real Living Realty Professionals, formerly Carlson GMAC Real Estate, one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Pioneer Valley with over $150 Million in sales volume. In 1999, at the age of 36, Bob Molta was named one of the top 125 leaders making a difference in Massachusetts by Banker & Tradesman magazine. Bob is a long time industry veteran with an impressive resume in the real estate field, serving as former President of the local REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley in 2003.

In addition, he was President of the former Coldwell Banker Keenan & Molta Associates, the second largest real estate company in Western Massachusetts from 1988-2002. He also served as Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (2004-2008) where he was selected to attend the University of Pennsylvania's prestigious: The Wharton School CEO leadership program. In 2003, Bob sold his highly successful company, the number one Coldwell Banker Franchise in Massachusetts to the Real Estate Conglomerate Cendant Corporation, a fortune 500 company. Today, Bob Molta oversees over 100 sales professionals with 6 local offices in Western Massachusetts.
 
 

Robert Lareau,

Chief Operations / Technology Officer

 
Bob Lareau is responsible for Web services, information technology infrastructure, day-to-day operations of the agency, strategic alliances and affiliate programs. He began his relationship with Real Living by providing in-house Mortgage Lending and Financial Services.

Prior to joining Real Living, Bob served as a Corporate Vice President of Technology Services for several Fortune 500 companies including MassMutual, CitiGroup and Aetna Financial Services. At MassMutual, Bob was responsible for implementing the Internet and support strategy for the Career Agency network of offices and financial advisors throughout the country.

Mr. Lareau received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in Computer Sciences from the Central Connecticut State University. In addition, Bob has completed several executive level training programs at the Darden School of Business and the American College for financial service certification. He carries Registered Investment Advisor, Financial Planning, and Life Insurance licenses.
 
 

Lou Mayo,

Wilbraham Branch Executive and Corporate Trainer

 
Lou Mayo is the Corporate Trainer for Real Living Realty Professionals. Lou has been a REALTOR® in Western Massachusetts for the last 18 years. Lou has managed a successful real estate team as well as operating his own real estate company. Lou has an extensive knowledge of residential real estate sales and is also responsible for day to day operations, coaching, training, implementing new programs, recruiting, and service and support for the agents in his office. Lou also is currently serving as President-Elect (VP) for the REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley and as an State Director for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Lou worked as a call Firefighter and Reserve Police Officer for the Town of Ware, a Firearms Instructor/Police Officer for the Town of Shutesbury and an Emergency Medical Technician for what is now American Medical Response Ambulance.
 
 

Leslie Brunelle,

Chicopee Branch Manager / Broker Associate

 
Leslie is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the Chicopee office of Real Living Realty Professionals, as well as, providing training, service and support to the agents in her office. Leslie has extensive knowledge of residential real estate, as she has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Western Massachusetts since 1992 and a licensed Broker since 2005. Prior to joining Real Living, Leslie was the Broker for a local real estate company and was responsible for providing support and training to the sales team.

In 1996, Leslie obtained a Certificate of Advanced Paralegal Studies from Elms College and has worked as a Paralegal for some of the leading law firms in the Springfield area. Leslie also has a Bachelor of Art & Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in Psychology.
 
 

Stephanie Lepsch,

Recruiting Director

 
Stephanie Lepsch is the Corporate Recruiter for Real Living Realty Professionals. Along with recruiting new and seasoned agents, Stephanie is also a Sales Associate covering Western Massachusetts.

Stephanie is a military veteran, with 12 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. She was also an Executive Manager for a local manufacturing company overseeing many aspects of the business. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Westfield State University.
 
 

Lindsey Adams,

Corporate Marketing Director

 
Lindsey handles all administrative functions in our Wilbraham office. She is also the Corporate Marketing Director, handling all company marketing materials and promotions.

Prior to working for Real Living Realty Professionals, Lindsey was an Administrator and Marketing Assistant with London Bay Homes located in Naples, FL. Lindsey has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Westfield State University.
 
 

Claudia Dugre,

Office Administrator

 
Claudia is the Office Administrator for the Chicopee and Westfield offices of Real Living Realty Professionals and has worked in the real estate field for 16+ years. Prior to her administrative position Claudia was a licensed REALTOR® for Carlson, GMAC and Landry, Lyons, Stearns & Yerrall, BH&G.
 
 

Pam McCray,

Communications Director

 
Pam McCray is the Communications Director for Real Living Realty Professionals. She manages our Internet Marketing Center. Pam's primary objective is to lead Real Living to the forefront in technology, social media and lead generation. Her position includes lead generation and conversion, website enhancement and maintaining our social media platforms. She also performs additional marketing initiatives, to include company branded videos.

A 2010 graduate of Western New England University, Pam received a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. She has experience in all aspects of the media industry, working for abc40/FOX6 as a production assistant; The Republican Newspaper as a sports reporter; interning for MassLive.com while in college, and most recently, serving as the Assistant Director of Sports Communications at Springfield College.
