Real Living Real Estate Congratulates Agents Named to the NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents Award
Network agents honored as individuals and teams
IRVINE, CA (June 10, 2020) – Real Living Real Estate, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks, today congratulates its network agents named to the NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents Award.
Each year, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®️ (NAHREP®️) Top 250 Latino Agents Award recognizes leading Hispanic real estate agents and brokers from across the country. This year, Real Living Real Estate network agents were named for their individual and team accomplishments. Their hard work and dedication has, in the words of NAHREP, “led them to close an outstanding number of transactions in an effort to increase the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country.”
The agents in NAHREP’s Top 250 Latino Agents represent a combined total of 26,476 transactions in closed transaction sides from January 2019 through December 2019 and over $6.86 billion in total aggregate volume. NAHREP’s report notes that:
“These hard working agents are set apart from over one hundred fifteen thousand Latinos in real estate through their dedication to homeownership. Recognition of the agents who carry out the NAHREP mission of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country has been a priority for NAHREP since the inception of the Top 250 award program in 2012. This year’s honorees were selected from over 1,000 self-nominated agents, a testament to the prestige of the award.”
Real Living Real Estate network agents honored among the top 250 Latino agents for individual transaction sides were: Monica Pizano of Real Living Speckman Realty in Bourbonnais, Illinois and Daniel Llerena of RLAH Real Estate in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Andres Serafini, who leads The Washingtonian Group at RLAH, was named to the top 50 teams by number of transactions as well as by volume. Monica Pizano of Real Living Speckman Realty was named to the top 100 agents in the northeast region.
Network agents recognized for their accomplishments by region were: Monica Pizano in the Midwest region as well as Daniel Llerena, Amalia Morales Garicoits (also of RLAH Real Estate) and Omar Argueta from Real Living Realty Professionals (in West Springfield, MA) in the Northeast region.

The Top 250 Latino Agents will be recognized at the 2020 NAHREP Sales Mastery, Real Estate and Wealth Conference at L’ATTITUDE that will be held Sept. 24 - 27, 2020.
