REAL LIVING LEADS INDUSTRY WITH HIGHEST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RATING THREE YEARS IN A ROW

National brokerage network breaks record again to achieve 98% customer satisfaction rating

IRVINE, CA (April 6, 2020) – Allan Dalton, CEO, Real Living Real Estate, announced that Real Living, the first national franchisor to give clients the power to rate their customer service, has once again received a 98% customer satisfaction rating for 2019, according to independent ratings service Quality Service Certification, Inc. This is the third consecutive year that the Real Living Real Estate network placed well above the industry for customer satisfaction. In fact, Real Living Real Estate exceeded the average satisfaction of home buyers by 32% and home sellers by 26%.

“In an industry where so many customers won’t return to the same agent, we are proud to see the Real Living network score so well,” said Allan Dalton, CEO, Real Living Real Estate. “Our Real Living network Lifestyle Advisors work hard to meet the unique needs of their customers.” Dalton added, “Our customized approach, and our dedication to being marketing agents, not just listing agents, helps us stand out from the crowd as this survey attests.”

In the results, a full 95% of home buyers and 92% of home sellers who worked with Real Living network sales associates reported being “very satisfied” with the results and service provided by their Real Living network real estate professional. According to the latest report from the National Association of REALTORS®, only 63% of buyers and 66% of sellers said they were very satisfied with the buying process and service provided by their real estate professional.

The survey also found that 98% of Real Living network customers surveyed said they would likely use the same sales professional in the future and would recommend the same professional to a relative or friend.
