Tribeca NW Real Estate Joins Real Living Real Estate Brokerage Franchise Network

The Greater Seattle area agency will operate as Tribeca NW Real Estate Real Living

IRVINE, CA (July 10, 2020) – Real Living Real Estate, one of the nation’s leading real estate franchisors and a member of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks, today announced that Tribeca NW Real Estate has joined its network operating as Tribeca NW Real Estate Real Living.

Tribeca NW Real Estate began in 2015 as a team of Coldwell Banker agents. In 2017, Jeff and Jamie Costello founded the independent brokerage. When the co-owners began exploring the opportunity to align with a nationally recognized and growth-oriented network, they were immediately attracted to Real Living’s leadership, people and organization. 

“I met Gino Blefari [Chairman of Real Living Real Estate] about 5 years ago and have followed him ever since,” said Jeff Costello. Real Living Real Estate is a network brand of HSF Affiliates LLC, which is owned by HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. “I had an opportunity to see him speak again last year and we were in a place with our business where we needed not just coaching, but mentorship and leadership. What Gino shared inspired us to learn more about Real Living. I was then introduced to Allan Dalton and immediately enamored!”
