"Nathan was really great at helping me and my husband decide on a house that fit our wants and needs. He even helped us when we were in contract with a house and decided to move forward with another house instead.
He made sure to give us all the information we needed and answered any questions we had. After closing when he came by to drop off the keys to our new house he even gave us some help moving which was really nice of him.
I would definitely say that if you are looking to buy/sell a house you should choose him. I was very happy to have him as my realtor."
"On July 24th, I closed on a 2nd home. Nathan was my realtor and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He was diligent, personable, and always quick to respond to my calls/emails. I called Nathan around 3 pm on June 28th to ask him to submit an offer on a home that had just been listed. I already knew that I wanted this home, if it went up for sale, and in the current competitive housing market, I wanted to put in a strong offer ASAP. Nathan asked if I had been in the home; I had, when it was being remodeled. Then he asked if it was okay to set up a viewing, so that we could go through the home together; that way; he could best advise me on the offer. I agreed and within a couple of hours we were viewing the home. Since the home was built in 1880, I was especially interested in its stability and the quality of the remodel. I was impressed with Nathan’s knowledge of home structure and his attention to detail, which I attributed to his engineering background. After viewing the home, he advised me on the offer and shortly after 9 that evening, he had put together and sent the offer letter. I was in contract the next afternoon.
Throughout the process, I felt that I was in good hands - Nathan was quick to respond to my initial request to make an offer; he accurately appraised the home; I felt he gave me excellent advice on structuring the offer and counteroffer; and he didn’t miss a beat with the many steps and deadlines that are part of closing the deal. He also has top notch contacts. I took his advice on a home inspection service and a banker and I was not disappointed. All in all, the process was smooth and painless from beginning to end."
"Nathan is fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He truly cares about his clients and that was evident throughout the entire process. I will definitely refer Nathan and he will be the only realtor I contact when I sell my home/buy another home."
