  • Develop an individually tailored marketing plan
  • Contact potential buyers
  • Maintain detailed records of all showings
  • Inform you of buyers’ reactions/comments
  • Analyze market feed back/response with you
  • Adjust marketing strategy
  • Review comparable sales with buyers
  • Assist in negotiating offers between buyer and seller
  • Structure offer terms and conditions to your maximum benefit
  • Review the buyers’ financial qualifications with you
  • Accompany the buyer during property inspections
  • Prepare a draft Purchase and Sale Agreement for attorneys’ review
  • Compile comparable sales data for the lender’s appraiser
  • Assist buyer in arranging prompt financing
  • Communicate with lenders and attorneys, appraisers, etc.
  • Follow the mortgage application process
  • Assist closing attorney
  • Coordinate closing preparations with you and your buyers
  • Attend closing
