The sales presentation is vital to the successful marketing of a listing and must be carefully planned and delivered by the listing agent. My hands-on approach to marketing your home or property will ensure that both the Seller and the Buyer will receive the professional and personalized service they require.To make certain that your home or property is presented in its full grandeur, I make it my policy to be present at all showings. I custom tailor all marketing materials, giving the sales presentation a personal feel, unique to the subject property. Prepared with these materials, I make my presentation.
I make my presentation in person, to the Buyer and the Buyer's agent. Too often, listing agents are too busy to personally show property and instead will allow an assistant or the Buyer's agent, who are not fully familiar with the listing to make the presentation. This is not acceptable!
