About Westpoint

The Westpoint subdivision in western Franklin county Ohio was created in the early 90s by M/I Homes.  The homes are all single family between 1000 and 2000 square feet in a variety of designs.  Westpoint is in the highly rated Hilliard school system, making it perfect for families.  Homes are valued and priced in a range to make good first-time purchases, or starter homes for a growing family.
This quiet subdivision has easy highway access and is situated in a pastoral setting with multiple state parks nearby.  Shopping and dining are only minutes away.  Nearby West Jefferson is full of old-town charm with a walkable downtown shopping district along historic U.S. Route 40, the old National Highway.

Driving Directions:

From the East or West - Exit I-70 at SR 142. Turn south toward West Jefferson.  Turn left immediately after the freeway interchange onto High Free Pike.  1.5 miles follow sharp right curve onto Hubbard Road.  1.5 miles Westpoint is on the left.  Enter at Westpoint Drive or Soldier Drive.
From the South or North - From I-71, exit West on I-270 toward Dayton.  Exit westbound onto I-70.  7mi to SR 142.  Exit I-70 at SR 142. Turn south toward West Jefferson.  Turn left immediately after the freeway interchange onto High Free Pike.  1.5 miles follow sharp right curve onto Hubbard Road.  1.5 miles Westpoint is on the left.  Enter at Westpoint Drive or Soldier Drive.
