I have two passions in life - my family and helping people buy and sell real estate.
As an Inland Empire resident since 1977 and having received my license as a real estate agent since 1977 with my Broker's license following in 1980, I have proven my proficiency in guiding my customers to making the right real estate investment by being a multi-million dollar top producer since 1978! As a graduate of Kent State with a B. S. degree and a rating as a Real Living Residential Marketing Manager (RMM) plus having received my Real Living Premier Service Certification, Quality Service Certification and National Association of Realtor e-Pro designations, I am continuously continuing my education with real estate classes that keep me up to date with the current laws, improve my negotiating and communication skills and keep me in tune with all the technical advances that make the Internet and e-mail an integral part of my business while tracking changes in the economy. In addition, I have become a Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS).
Because of the "Graying of America", I have also completed my education for and received the designation of Senior Residential Specialist (SRES) to help guide our maturing clients and their families through the real estate issues that affect their future. Such concern for my customers has kept me on the cutting edge of the industry. I am known by my customers as a Trusted Counselor who guides my clients through the complicated real estate process, a Skilled Negotiator who works diligently to secure the best transaction that meets my clients needs in the current marketplace; an Expert Facilitator who leads my customers through the paperwork with ease; a Trained Listener who listens to my clients needs and performs to those expectations; and a Willing Communicator who openly addresses my clients' needs to obtain my clients' goals. My family is my first passion. Dan, my husband, since 1967, and I are the Owner-Brokers of Properties Unlimited GMAC Real Estate since 1980. I adore my daughters and their husbands but will tell you that the joy of my life is our five grandchildren ! When I have nothing else to do, I love traveling, water sports, gardening and reading. Dan and I have also enjoyed hosting 9 exchange students from other parts of the world. Although we thought we would be sharing our wonderful country with the students, we found that we and our family reaped far more benefits than we have given, not to mention four more grandchildren that our exchange students so happily share with us. I would love nothing more than to help you "Move on UP with Premier Service!
