All offers on Fannie Mae properties must be submitted on HomePath.com by a licensed Real Estate Professional and must include the Georgia State Contract as well as the Fannie Mae Real Estate Purchase Addendum also known as the REPA.
If you are an owner occupant offering to purchase a Fannie Mae HomePath Property you must also sign the Fannie Mae Owner Occupant Certificate. This document certifies that the property you wish to purchase will be your primary residence and not a second home. It also states that you will occupy the property for at least 1 year and will move in within 60 days. Owner occupants are given a 20 day first look, before Fannie Mae will accept an offer from an investor. Fannie Mae will not review any investor offers during this "First Look" period, unless they are a public entity or non-profit
