I have been a lifetime resident of the Lehigh Valley except for two years in California. My original vocation was an elementary teacher in the Southern Lehigh School District and two years in McFarland Elementary School just north of Bakersfield, California. Since having the experience as a Seller and a Buyer before I became a Realtor in 1993, I strive to help my clients achieve their real estate goals by discovering their lifestyle, their needs and wants, understanding their frustrations and fears, plus educating them on the present real estate market.
After successfully selling re-sales for 10 years I specialized in New Construction. In 2002, I was promoted to Account Coordinator for Builder Accounts for a prominently recognized real estate company and
oversaw the sale of all builder spec homes, subdivision sales, as well as existing homes; following each from start to finish. In June of 2007, I joined the McDonald Team which specializes in new construction,
land development as well as servicing buyers and sellers.
After limiting my real estate business for a few years due to family circumstances, I happily rejoined the McDonald Team at Real Living Action Realty, “The Leader in Customized Real Estate”. John J. McDonald
is the Account Manager of the team and is well versed in residential real estate, new construction, land development and marketing since 1973. Whether our clients are building or purchasing a new home, an
