Seth Caplan, a Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living top producer, is a 6th generation Texan. He went to Bellaire High School and graduated from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and concentration in Economics.
Seth grew up in the southwest inner loop area and as a native Houstonian feels very comfortable working in all areas of the city. He has experience working both in and outside of the loop in areas such as Bellaire, Meyerland, West University, Montrose, Midtown, River Oaks, Memorial, and the Galleria area. Seth is experienced in every facet of the real estate transaction, and also specializes in corporate relocation. One of Seth’s favorite aspects of real estate is conducting statistical analyses for homes in order to build pricing strategies reflective of market value while meeting his clients’ goals. Seth is also a skilled negotiator who can effectively articulate his clients’ needs while building positive relationships with everyone involved in the transaction.
Coming from a large family that includes Beth and Ed Wolff and his mother, associate Marie Caplan, Seth has qualities of perseverance, patience, and inherent optimism, resulting in a great outlook on life. He enjoys traveling and gained an appreciation of architecture through time spent in Barcelona, Spain. In his spare time Seth enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his fiancé, his family, and especially his French Bulldog, Betty and rescue dog, Warren.
Seth is a part of the Houston Chapter Alumni Association for St. Edwards University, a member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He has also volunteered at the Cook Off for the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo and currently is an active volunteer for the Anti-Defamation League.
