How Do I Obtain a Massachusetts Real Estate Sales Person's License?
To obtain a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson's License, the State requires that you complete a 40-hour course, which is divided into ten 4-hour sessions on the following subjects:
- Condos and Leases
- Contract and Deeds
- Fair Housing
- Massachusetts Law
- Closings/Property Management

Right here! We provide a thorough, comprehensive text book with over 600 practice questions and the latest information. You can repeat the course as often as you like for one year, but most of our students pass the first time.

We offer tuition reimbursement to our students who end up joining Real Living Realty Professionals.
You are allowed to repeat classes for free for up to 1 year.
Note: If you attend a class through the Real Living Realty Professionals Real Estate School, you are under no obligation to join or otherwise work for Real Living Realty Professionals. A candidate must be eighteen years of age, have a valid social security number and complete a state-approved license preparation course to be eligible for a salesperson license.
