We know the value of spreading the word about your home. Here are five ways we market your home to other agents:

Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The MLS is for members only. It allows real estate agents to show and sell each other’s properties under firm rules of cooperation, and it includes an electronic database of all members’ listings.

Brokers' Open. We will host this tour (usually held on a weekday morning) and invite local brokers and agents to preview your home for their buyers.  

Hot List. We're able to quickly broadcast new listings within the real estate community, via computerized "hot sheets" that announce your home's arrival on the market. The faster agents and brokers know your home is for sale, the sooner their buyers will take a look.

Lockbox.  We will provide an electronic key or numeric combination to open a lockbox which holds your house key.  The lockbox is an access device that makes it convenient for other agents to show your home.

Personal networking: We have connections beyond the MLS and across the country, including relocation personnel who can recommend your home to buyers.
