Consumer Guide to Agency Relationships

Effective January 1, 2005 you will be asked to sign a Consumer Guide to Agency Relationships when looking at a home. The Real Living HER Consumer Guide to Agency Relationships says:

"Because it is important that you have this information, Ohio law requires that we ask you to sign below, aknowldeging receipt of this Consumer Guide. Doing so will not obligate you to work with our company if you do not wish to do so."
