Looking for a doll house in the mountains? The owners have taken 400 Sq ft and made it one of the nicest cabins on the mountain. Dont let the size fool you. Its got a nice sized kitchen and bath. Large livingroom with a murphy bed and fold out couch. Plus a loft. The windows are all dual pane but 2 small ones. Lots of light . Very open and bright. Original wood floors. This is a nice little cabin on Government land in the Cleveland Nat Forest. Its got lots of windows, a sleeping porch. Rock fireplace in the living room. Nice kitchen and bath. Its just a warm comfortable cabin. It needs some decorating and updating . Good location for getting into in the snow. All the windoows have safety shutters. Nice shed in back. Cabin is on Gov leased land. The lease goes to 2028. The lease fee is $1900 a year. Water is based on useage. most around $400 a year.
