Restrictions: Construction of residential home to be completed within 2 years of start date. Contain a minimum of 1700 sf. Excluding the garage and basement for a single level home and 1300 sq ft on the ground level of a 2 story home. No animals livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on the real estate except dogs, cats or any other domesticated pets provided they are not bred or maintained for any commercial purposes. No trailer, tent, barn, shack, garage or other temporary structure shall be used as a residence or business establishment. No house-trailer, modular or manufactured home shall be erected on premises.
