Buyer may wish to investigate possible use of sunny south/southwest vacant hillside for LADWP's Feed-in Tariff program. DWP is legislatively compelled to derive much more energy from private solar sources. Under Feed-in Tariff, landowner or lessor can install photovoltaic panels and profitbly sell the power to the DPW for use in the city's grid. Hillside has access from La Roda Ave/Ward St, but access route is not developed. Parts of hillside could be used for new homes, or for community gardens, or other green uses.
