Cross Creek Tampa, Florida

Located directly off of Bruce B. Downs Blvd, via Cross Creek Blvd., Cross Creek is one of the original New Tampa communities and is made up of 10 distinct subdivisions each with their own individual characteristics. and amenities.

Meadowood and Creekside were the first two commuities built in Cross Creek and their are close to 250 homes in these two subdivisions. Residents also have acces to a playground, tennis and basketball courts. Misty Creek was the third community developed and is located directly across the street from the New Tampa Regional Library and 'A' rated Hunter's Green Elementary. Most of the 132 homes built in Misty Creek were built by M/I Homes. Kingshyre is a gated community of 198 homes, all built by Southern Crafted Homes. There is a small playground at the back of community and children in this neighborhood walk to the 'A' rated Pride Elementary school located right down the street. Also located next door is the New Tampa Little League park.

Just down the road is Covington, one of the smaller Cross Creek neighborhoods with just 90 homes. Like its neighbor Kingshyre, Covington is a gated community and the majority of homes were built by Southern Crafted, although there were a few homes built by Engel Homes. Meadowcreek is the largest neighborhood in Cross Creek with 387 homes built by both M/I Homes and Inland Hoes. There is a playground, tennis court, and basketball court within Meadowcreek. Across the street is Creekwood, a gated community of 115 homes all built by M/I Homes. Like Medowcreek children in this subdivision attend 'A' rated Pride Elementary School. Magnolia Trace is a neighborhood of 83 homes, all built by Inland Homes and many of which face conservation or water. Pinehurst, just down from Magnolia Trace, has 196 homes and ius conveniently located near New Tampa Regional Library. The Villas ay Cross Creek is a condominium neighborhood witha fantastic clubhouse and community swimming pool. Many of the units have attached garages.
