Joel started his real estate career on the commercial side and worked in Property Management and Commercial Leasing for four years. He decided to combine that experience with his love of working with people one-on-one by switching to residential real estate. His clients are attracted to his honesty and genuine desire to help. He is often able to “read between the lines” and direct his clients to their real needs.Joel grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Chicago in 1999. He immediately became fascinated with Chicago’s diverse communities and interesting people. His passion for the city’s real estate comes from his feeling that Chicago has the warmth of a hometown wrapped in the diverse richness of a big city.
Joel graduated from Winthrop University with Honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance and in his spare time still enjoys performing in theatres and Cabarets across Chicago.
Joel lives in the vibrant West Lakeview neighborhood with his partner, Damion and his cherished bulldog, Diesel.
