JimB.'s Buyer's Guide is the home base for all of your home buying needs. You'll find my process, an MLS search engine, homebuyer tips, and my mortage partners.

As an accomplished buyer's agent, I will:

	Work on your behalf to streamline your home search, first expanding your choices, then helping you narrow the field.
	Research "comparable" properties to determine a fair price and terms.
	Prepare your Purchase Agreement and accompanying legal documents.
	Negotiate for the price, terms and conditions that are agreeable to you.
	Follow-up with your mortgage lender, the title company, the seller's agent and others until the house is yours.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Meeting to discuss the buying process and determine your search parameters and property needs & wants

Step 2: Contact a mortgage broker (See the bottom of this page for JimB.'s #1 preferred broker.)

Step 3: JimB. sets up an MLS search for you through a real-time interactive system, which sends properties to you daily via email

Step 4: Neighborhood tour - JimB. is happy to drive you through Chicago's neighborhoods and point out hightlights including points of interest and public transportation options (if necessary)

Step 5: JimB. picks you up for a tour of your interested properties in his enviornmentally friendly vehilce

Step 6: Repeat Step 5 as many times as necessary until we find your perfect home.
