Homebuyer Credit is officially extended! Good news for everyone associated with real estate. First-timers now have till April 30th to go under contract and receive the $8,000 credit. And now, repeat buyers who have lived in and owned their current homes for five years or more are eligible to get $6,500. How much more incentive do we need to "stimulate" the market?
