"When looking for my first house, I heard many horror stories about how difficult house hunting can be. I decided to go with an old friend, Jack "Computer" Suter as my realtor. From the start, he was extremely helpful in helping me decide what I really needed. Once we got that established, he customized his search, and sent an email almost daily with all of the houses that fit my search criteria and price range in my area.
As we went from house to house, Jack was up front and honest, pointing out the good and bad for each house. "In very down economic times Jack Suter was the man for the job! We found a nice house in Miamisburg, and Jack was able to nail down the deal quickly/efficiently for us. "Jack Suter had a house that a had a sale pending on it when I saw it. I called and asked if it came back on the market to give me a call. I was wanting to move my parents from a lake home in Tenn. to Ohio for I could help take care of them.
