Beautiful land and about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Austin. There are several flat areas with good soil for growing plants and feeding animals. There is an abundance of a large variety of trees. It is heavily wooded but cleared in a few spots. There is a nice wet weather creek that runs though the property and a couple of natural springs. There are some high spots on the property for those looking for good views. There is an abundance of wild life on the property such as deer, turkey, and dove.
