Nicely designed Owl modular home built in 2000. The home has a full Superior Wall basement with access from the inside as well as stairs to the outside. There are 2 furnaces - one for the basement as well as one for the main level. Home sits on 4.8 acre site with pond, double detached garage, great picnic pavilion and a bonus of 16 campsites. 7 of the campsites have electric, water and sewer.
