Bellamere is a gated community located on Lake Kell, a ski sized, bass filled, private lake, accessible only by residents living on the lake. The four home-sites in Bellamere (5 acres each) rest along some of the most impressive lakefront left in Hillsborough County. Bellamere is close to all of the Tampa Bay area's advantages, yet pleasantly tucked away. Access to the entire Bay Area is easy via some of the county's newest and most convenient roadways. The best part of it all, once home you can leave the day's cares behind in peaceful country quiet. The entrance, which is flanked by two smaller lakes, is filled with luxurious foliage. Once through the gate, we are greeted by the centerpiece of our little community, a magnificent carved brick sculpture created exclusively for Bellamere by the nationally known sculpture Charles Partin. The graceful brick paved roundabout surrounding our sculpture opens to each of four lanes leading to our lakefront estates. Each home will be nestled in a setting that will be as breathtaking years from now as it is today. Imagine coming home to this peaceful setting and enjoying the beauty of Lake Kell from inside your home, backyard, dock or boat. As of the date of this publication, we are accepting three more members. Only a fortunate few will be able to call Bellamere their home.
