Charles Haertling's Mid-century modern masterpiece, The Menkick House (1970), is attainable for the first time in nearly 30 years. More than a home, this iconic structure is a work of art and arguably Boulder's most important piece of architecture. The design of the four story home flows from the site and it's imposing backdrop of Gyp Rock (Green Rock). Just a short walk along the wooded path from the end of the cul-de-sac leads to the heart of Pearl Street and all that Boulder has to offer.
