If you've been looking to buy a home in Lytle Creek, you may want to consider this awesome lot. It's actually three lots combined (Lots 1,2 &3). According to the San Bernardino Tax Assessor it's 12,600 square feet. Located in the quaint, serene "Happy Jack" neighborhood. Subject property is located at the corners of Ransom, Pollard and Meadow. Awesome views of the surrounding hills, creeks around the corner. The small subdivision of "Happy Jack" pull their water from wells, and a few still pull from the creeks. I've been told this lot already has a drilled well, approximately one hundred feet deep. All it apparently needs is the pump and a few other components as well as electricity. The major expense was in the drilling. No water bills, fresh clean spring water. Lytle Creek is on Sewer. It's my understanding you can put a stick built or manufactured home on this large lot. Lytle Creek has less than five hundred homes the last time I paid attention.
