Well kept home in a quiet neighborhood. Full length covered patio across the rear of the home. 3 car garage (split garage, two car and one car). Block/stucco construction. Extra room at front, with double doors, could be used as formal dining room or den, New carpet in 2012. Hall bath has double sinks as well as Master bathroom. Master bathroom has tub removed. Tub replacement was started but owner was unable to complete and has to short sale the property, see photo. The rest of the bathroom is ok. Short sale with one loan.
We have enjoyed living in this home in Arizona Traditions. We liked the Ocotillo model home because the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house with the kitchen, family room, guest bathroom, and the office/den separating those bedrooms. Access to the patio is from the family room making the guest bedroom quiet even if guest linger late. We extended the patio area integrating an attractive contoured design and more than doubling the original area. The patio area is south facing providing for maximum warmth from the sun during the winter months. Other upgrades include: installation of ceramic tile in the heavily trafficked areas (kitchen, family room, bathrooms, and hallway), and we installed granite countertops greatly enhancing the durability and attractiveness of the kitchen area.
