Frank is an expert in Real Estate purchase and sale transactions. He owned and was president of William Orange Realty for 18 years. William Orange Realty was one of the fastest growing and most recognized real estate companies in Greater New Haven and Fairfield County. Much of Frank's business is repeat business or referred from previous customers, giving him a large network of active buyers and sellers. He is an expert in new construction, land development and commercial properties.
Prior to his real estate career, Frank was an associate at Ernst & Young and is knowledgeable in many aspects of real estate law including 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
He has served as president of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, and was a director for more than 10 years. |
