The Arcadia office is strategically located at the intersection of Santa Anita Avenue and Foothill Boulevard in Arcadia’s central business district. Arcadia serves as the home of the world famous Santa Anita Racetrack, the Los Angeles County Arboretum, several beautiful parks and the Westfield Shopping Center.  The City is known for beautiful neighborhoods, outstanding schools, warm character and a "community of homes" atmosphere. Arcadia has been designated a Tree City USA for seventeen consecutive years.

The Dilbeck Realtors Arcadia office began its journey in September of 1997, when the business was purchased from the Dorn Family. Dorn Realty has had a rich heritage dating back to the 1920’s. In addition to serving Arcadia, the office serves several neighboring communities as well. To our northwest is Sierra Madre, a quaint community with its “Village” which has been the site for the filming of many, many movies over the years.

The city of Monrovia, to our east, is a beautiful community comprised of historical properties and a renovated “Old Town” area which houses antique stores, entertainment and fine restaurants. Further east is the city of Bradbury, which is a gated community known for its large estate homes and horse properties. These three cities are only a few of the cities and communities that we serve along the foothill communities of the greater San Gabriel Valley area.
