Keep lawn trimmed, edged and clean

Maximize appearance of space (discard, sell, or store excess furniture)

Arrange furniture to give appearance of maximum space

Keep closets neatly arranged (clothes, linens, shoes, etc.)

Keep kitchen countertops clear, cupboards orderly

Insure all appliances are in working order

Repair or clean caulking in baths

Insure that bath areas “sparkle” (tile, glass, etc.)

Clean windows and mirrors

Paint interior walls if necessary (natural colors)

Launder or dry clean drapes and curtains

Shampoo carpet if necessary
