If you don't have the time for or interest in searching the web for a property that suits your needs, let us do it for you! We can help you cut through the clutter and provide you with professional advice based on our expert knowledge of the area.
This approach involves us doing most of the initial legwork based on your budget, needs, and desires.
What We Won't Do
We promise not to "plug you into" some automatically generated email, newsletter or online marketing campaign. We're not a fan of junk mail or unwanted calls, and we're sure you're not either.
What We Will Do
We do promise to respond to your specific inquiries promptly, and by whatever means you direct (email, FAX, phone, tin can & a string). Our communications with you will always be in response to your particular real estate needs.
Help Us to Help You
The more information you give us upfront, the more research we will do before we contact you. If you'd like to write a short novel describing your ideal property, we'll read it, digest it, work on it, and get back with you as soon as we have something worth getting back to you about.
On the other hand, if you're too busy or don't have a clearly developed sense of what you are looking for, just send along whatever information you can.
Either way, we will respond to you quickly--often the same day, always within 24 hours.
