If you're selling a home, whoever you choose should be able to help you achieve your goals in the shortest possible time - with the least inconvenience possible, including:

	Help establish a reasonable selling price for your home within its fair market value.
	Market your home through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
	Coordinate the advertising of your home using Realty One's guaranteed services (i.e. Home Book, HotLine, Internet, etc.).
	Pre-qualify buyers when possible.
	Coordinate the details of your closing with all parties involved.

My Special Services for Sellers: Offer suggestions about the visual presentation of your property and ways to enhance its marketability. Provide "Staging" assistance for key areas of your home (see the Home Staging and WOW FACTOR links to the left!) As a Home Stager & Professional Organizer, I will also provide: A staging/organizing consultation with you to discuss what can be done in your home to help you: Reduce clutter Create the widest appeal while showing off your home Prepare for your move Learn to stay organized after you move

If you're purchasing a new home, whoever you choose should be able to help you find a home that meets your needs and complements your lifestyle, assist you in acquiring financing, negotiate with the seller and complete the transaction. I will:

	Work on your behalf to streamline your home search, first expanding your choices, then helping you narrow the field.
	Research "comparable" properties to determine a fair price and terms.
	Prepare your Purchase Agreement and accompanying legal documents.
	Negotiate for the price, terms and conditions that are agreeable to you.
	Follow-up with your mortgage lender, the title company, the seller's agent and others until the house is yours.

My Special Services for Buyers: As a Home Stager/Professional Organizer, I will also provide: A staging/organizing consultation with you once you've moved in to discuss what can be done in your home to help you: Keep clutter out by getting organized from the start Suggest space planning options for areas such as closets, garages, basements, and more.
