I recently sold my manufactured home in Bullhead City, listed through your real estate company with Lori Jones. I was extremely impressed with the way Lori conducted herself and how she handled the few unexpected problems that was detected after the home appraisal.
I had to have a fence moved, plumbing and electrical repairs as well as an inspector from Phoenix to dertermine if the Arizona room was built correctly since the city could not find a consctruction permit. Lori contacted very reliable contractors, got the work done in a timely manner and was handled very professionally. I live in California and Lori took upon herself to take on the responsibility of contracting the necessary contractors so i would not have to commute back and forth.

I would like to share my experience Michael and Petra Fahey with Country Ranch GMAC Realty. Several years ago, I listed my property in Bermuda Meadows, Mohave Valley with another real estate firm and accepted an offer for the property. There was an addendum with the offer stating the offer was contingent upon approval of a septic system.
Unknown to me, the property owners on either side of my lot had water wells and could not meet the footage requirements to have a septic tank installed and lost the sale. Apparently nothing could be done. For several months, I communicated with State Water in Phoenix. A compliance officer came to Bermuda Meadows and inspected and interviewed both neighbors property. It was determined the only solution was to have one of the property owners abandon one or more of the wells. I used several other real estate companies but still had no results or solutions.
Several months later, I received a card from Michael and Petra Fahey with Country Ranch GMAC indicating that Country Ranch would like to list my property. I called Michael Fahey and explained my dilemma regarding the wells. Michael suggested that Country Ranch would contact a representative of Valley Well Drilling and the two of them would inspect my property and give me their assessment. Michael has an excellent background in construction and is well connected to all contracting in Mohave Valley.
Michael and Petra believe in teamwork and it is certainly evident in their business. Thanks to Michael and Petra, Country Ranch GMAC Realty, my property can now be sold. Both Michael and Petra went way beyond my expectations and have been extremely helpful, professional and certainly for me, proved Country Ranch GMAC Realty to be the most professional of the real estate businesses in the area and continue to keep me posted with updates in the community, listing and sales stats, community and business updates on a regular basis.

The interesting fact is that she was not our agent, but rather she was the sellers agent. My wife and I were represented as the buyers by a less than EFFECTIVE, POOR PERFORMING TEAM THAT WAS FAR BELOW THE CALIBER OF "Team Fahey".
From the beginning of our adventure in house hunting, we appeared to have many stumbling blocks in our path and they only became stepping stones to success when Petra entered into our lives. She was obviously doing her job for the seller, and we are certain, like all agents, the sale put food on the table. However, we knew we were not difficult buyers, we had cash, plenty of time, and buyer/seller savvy. We had been through the process many times moving around country.
Our agent failed to communicate on a timely basis, he had no sense of urgency and we were sure that the deal would flop, not as a result of negligence on our part, but rather his less than satisfactory performance. In stepped Team Fahey who covered all bases. Thank God for their foresight and attention to detail.
In summary, we owe a great debt of gratitude to Petra for her insight, coupled with a professional approach. It should go without saying, you can´t buy advertising that good. As our friends and acquaintances look for housing Petra and Michael will be the topic for discussion.
