The large Red Brick Building Which was Harding School was built probably in the late 20's or early 30'sthe Bus Maintenance Barn was added in the last 20 yrs. The roof is in need of repair on the old school. It is zoned C-2 for Gen Commercial. It also has a cellular tower site which the School does get some monthly income. A Magma Wash Zone appears to touch the property but the property is high up and should not be susceptible to floods and never has to anyones knowledge. The school building does not have utilities on but the office building does and has heating and cooling etc.
