We will then personally tour the homes wih you. We will discuss with you the potential concerns and benefits of each home while we tour them.

Contract Negociations

There are many factors that will determine what is the best price for you to offer on your dream home. Of course the price is very improtant, many other terms need to be included in your offer to protect you and your finances in this important transaction.
