Business Development Coordinator, Northeast Regional Office
My primary concern is helping new and established agents learn how to work in their real estate business for the best possible results. To that end, I regularly meet with and coach agents, present in-office education sessions, coordinate opportunities for agents to learn about real estate-related services, and consult with agents regarding business plans. I also assist the manager, Gloria Rau, with special projects as well as daily office business.
Because technology is an integral part of the real estate business today, I make it a priority to stay up-to-date on changes as well as company initiatives. I help agents with e-marketing and building their web sites, for example.
