Sarah and Carol are a fantastic team. They always responded to my messages immediately. They took the time to assuage my anxieties. But most importantly- they put on a fantastic open house and through their efforts I received 17 viable offers, 7 over asking, and the winning bid, well over asking, all cash, no home inspection and a closing date within a month. I didn't do that, they did. I thank my good friend for referring me to them. And I am eternally indebted to them for their tremendous efforts on my behalf. I knew of the reputation of Steve McKenna and the Home Advantage Team (who wouldn't... his signs are everywhere) - and there was simply no choice other than to hire them!
