  • A good agent is a better listener than talker.
  • Knowledge. If an agent can’t explain something, they probably don’t understand it.
  • Don’t choose an agent just because they’re a family member or a friend. Remember, your best interests aren’t necessarily being served in these situations, and your success in buying or selling your home isn’t something to gamble with.

 

It goes without saying that choosing the right agent will have a tremendous impact on your financial future. Use your best judgment and don’t settle for less …. the purchase or sale of a home is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life.
