| Whatever It Takes
Taking good care of her clients is a priority for Ticia, who s served for more than 25 years as a real estate consultant in the San Fernando Valley. "I understand that my clients are busy, that they expect me to be there, doing the job, and doing whatever it takes to get it right," says Ticia.
Working with her sellers, she develops a marketing plan specific to each property and their needs. With buyers, she is a diligent househunter who networks with other brokers to find new properties that may be coming on the busy Southern California market.
Specializing in helping sellers of expired listings over $1million Ticia, with partner Rebecca Chan, taps into the global marketing power of Christie's International Real Estate Network.
Inheriting a Midwestern work ethic from small-business-owner parents, Ticia earned her B.S. in journalism from the University of Illinois and headed for Chicago. There she worked in advertising, marketing and public relations while raising two daughters.
As the public relations director at the Old Town School of Folk Music, she met fellow music lovers (including her husband) not only from the City of the Big Shoulders but from the far corners of the world.
Combining enthusiasm for the field with considerable marketing skills, Ticia has built a long list of devoted clients from her many referrals.
