Bitterroot Valley April Residential market update.

"May showers bring May flowers" and we have been having plenty of showers so we so I'll bet we have some beautiful flowers by the end of the month.

The real estate market was a little cooler in April, following along the same track as the rest of the country.  The number of sold listings down 29% from a year ago and pending sales steady from a year ago, with our sale prices  holding steady from a year ago.

Our listing inventory has increaded and we are even with a year ago with the number of residential listings on the market.
