HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you buy a home utilizing one of our Agents as your Realtor you will receive cash back after closing (within 7 days).  When you sell a home you receive a  discount on the commission.  The Cash Back or Discount value is dependent upon the sale price of the home you buy or sell as outlined in the table below.   So let’s say you sell a $130,000 house and buy a $200,000 house.  On the sale of your $130,000 house the commission will be discounted by $700.  On the purchase of the $200,000 house you will receive $1000 after closing.  That is a net of $1700 in your pocket.
