Patrick Reddy

Originally from Ireland, Patrick brings a unique combination of experience to the table. Before relocating to the United States he was educated at University College Dublin and trained as a Chartered Accountant. After a brief stint on the East Coast he moved west to study film making at UCLA, while working as an accountant for a tour operator.
His real estate experience commenced when he was twenty seven years old, with the purchase of his first property. Since then he has remodeled a number of properties ranging from single family homes to multi-unit residential properties. His experience has also included leasing and property management.
Proud father of an eight-year-old daughter, who helps him keep his feet on the ground, he is involved with school events and activities.
In addition to being involved in independent film making, Patrick is an accomplished martial artist who enjoys teaching children and adult beginners weekly.
