How do I prepare for a career in Real Estate?
Talk with agents in the business. Ask lots of questions.
Once you have made the decision to begin your real estate career, you need to obtain a real estate license. Successful completion of a pre-license course and passing the state exam is required. The following links are several excellent real estate schools:

While taking your pre-license course, you will want to interview with Real Living Performance Realty International. All real estate salespersons must be affiliated with a real estate firm in order to practice real estate. At Real Living Performance Realty International, LLC, we will reimburse you for one half the cost of your pre-license course when you have your first closing with us.
Once you are licensed and affiliated with a Broker, you will be required to complete a 45-hour post-license course before your license expires in two years. The Florida Real Estate Commission also requires 14 hours of continuing education credit each two-year license renewal period.
Now comes the need for practical training. how to prospect for clients, how to write a contract, how to prepare for a listing
presentation, how to get a sale from contract to closing. At Real Living Performance Realty International, LLC, agent support and training is our number one priority.
