The Home Buying Process

1. Visit Open Houses the first 2-3 weeks.
2. Select an agent, meet at their office for an interview and have them explain their points-of-difference and the reasons why you would benefit from working with them.
3. Execute a Buyer Representation Agreement. Limit the initial contract to 30 days and extend, only if satisfied.

4. Complete a Buyers Needs Analysis. The agent will register you with the MLS e-mail alert system.
5. Once sufficiently educated and confident -- finding the right house will not be difficult!
