- Inform you of buyers’ reactions/comments
- Analyze market feed back/response with you
- Adjust marketing strategy
- Review comparable sales with buyers
- Assist in negotiating offers between buyer and seller
- Structure offer terms and conditions to your maximum benefit
- Review the buyers’ financial qualifications with you
- Accompany the buyer during property inspections
- Prepare a draft Purchase and Sale Agreement for attorneys’ review
- Compile comparable sales data for the lender’s appraiser
- Assist buyer in arranging prompt financing
- Communicate with lenders and attorneys, appraisers, etc.
- Follow the mortgage application process
- Assist closing attorney
- Coordinate closing preparations with you and your buyers
- Attend closing
