Born and raised in Somerville, I am intimately familiar with the housing market, neighborhoods, values, and trends. While the red line remains ever popular, when purchasing a home often motivated by lifestyle changes (marriage, family), the focus more typically becomes school systems and sense of community.

With 20+ years experience, I can represent you in the sale of your home, or work with you if you're beginning a home search -  in Arlington, Somerville, Cambridge, Medford, Belmont, Watertown as primary markets, and many other towns on a referral basis (Concord, Woburn, Peabody, Brookline, Winchester, Maynard to name a few).

I obtained my license over 20 years ago, purely for personal education and knowledge. At that time buyer advocacy was non-existent – so as a single woman purchasing a home, I felt compelled to get educated before navigating the purchase on my own.   After the purchase of my third home, and forever having my nose ‘in the market’, I decided to make a leap of faith, leave the business world behind, and begin a career in real estate (fondly referred to as ‘going from the fire into the frying pan”!
