Real Living in the LowCountry is led by Jerry McElroy, Broker in Charge and owner. Since 1973, Jerry has been on the leading edge of real estate. He has over 30 years of experience as Sales Manager.

Jerry relocated to the LowCountry in 1983 and earned his real estate license. During his career, Jerry has recruited over 400 agents. Not only does Jerry actively recruit agents, he oversees the training of new agents, conducting weekly sessions as well as working one on one with agents to assist them with transactions. Jerry is committed to providing support to agents at all levels of expertise.

Jerry holds the designations CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CFS (Certified Financial Specialist).

Jerry and his wife Jean have resided on Hilton Head since 1995.

With over 35 years of island experience and a Fortune 100 Corporate Marketing background, Richard is a great asset to the marketing team and was the Top Producer at his former brokerage company. Richard is a resident of Sea Pines, at the Southern tip of Hilton Head Island and specializes in commercial and residential properties for savvy investors as well as primary and secondary home purchasers.

An original "Southerner", born & raised in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. She has been on Hilton Head Island since 1999 after moving her family here for an opportunity to furthur her career in the Real Estate industry.

Margaret graduated from USC in 1983 and thereafter obtained her S C Real Estate License. After a start in property management culminating in being appointed General Manager for twenty-four Timeshare regimes in Coastal, North and South Carolina, Margaret returned to General Brokerage where she has held several positions of increasing responsibility locally.
